Celia G. Diaz, our Executive Director here at Binational Emergency, has just wont the prestigious LATINO BUSINESS LEADER OF THE YEAR 2014. The San Diego Union Tribune just announced this at their annual awards ceremony March 26, 2014. Through her lifesaving efforts, Celia has been recognized by the San Diego community, and we all wish to thank her for always being there for us.
